Leyton Arts Festival at William the Fourth
We’re proud to be part of this year’s Leyton Arts Festival, bringing a series of creative events and live performances to William the Fourth.
Saturday 5 September · 6–8pm

Catch live performances from Erick Mota from 6–7pm, followed by Josh Indio from 7–8pm.
Monday 7 September · 6–7pm
🕯️ Beeswax Candles & Ceramics with Manuela
Discover handmade beeswax candles and ceramics, with the chance to browse and buy Manuela’s work. There’ll also be a live candle-making demonstration.

😂 Laughing with Strangers
Come along for an evening of comedy, good vibes and plenty of laughs with Laughing with Strangers.

Pottery workshop
Come down to the for an evening of pottery with your pals. Learn the basics of pinch pots to make your own espresso cup, trinket dish, bowl, plant pot, or whatever your heart desires. Homemade pizza from Short Road, locally brewed beer from Exale, cocktails and wine will all be available from the bar to sip whilst you make. The session will be run by professional potters and good friends Flo (Florence Mytum Ceramics) and Suzy (We Are Clay).
Materials, glazing and the firing of your piece(s) is all included in the price. Flo and Suzy will glaze and fire your piece(s) after the event and they will be ready for you to collect from William The 4th 6-8 weeks after the event. If you’ve dabbled in Drink & Draw or dipped into a Paint & Sip nights, it’s time to level up your creative evenings with a different art form.
Industrious Lemon specialises in easy going printmaking classes – ‘Ink, Drink, Press!’
Suitable for beginners and seasoned artists looking for an activity to do over a few drinks.

Sun Catcher Making workshop

Prints n Pints
Casual mono-printing while you drink!
Come and have a go at creating your own mono-type prints casually over a drink or 3.
Drop in any time 12pm onwards, last start time 2pm (Though I wouldn't recommend leaving it that late!)

About the event
Using the transfer drawing technique, you will create a series of unique prints.
All equipment and materials you need to experiment with this simple yet effective method of creating striking images.
You will be given a demo, instructions and a print kit to use back to your table.
You are free to play with your own ideas or for those who need a little more inspiration – images will be available to trace over or use to help get you going.
No experience necessary, beginner friendly.
Easy and fun to do over a few drinks.
As a bonus, Industrious Lemon will be running a scaled-down market stall for you to browse,
maybe find that art print your wall has been crying out for, or perhaps bag an artsy gift or greetings cards for that upcoming celebration!
WTF 1ST BIRTHDAY
We're marking our first year as the custodians of William the Fourth with a weekend packed full of great food, live music and creative workshops.
Kick things off on Friday 31st July with a Chunk Provisions Ice Cream Pop-Up from 5pm, serving up delicious frozen treats to start the celebrations.
On Saturday 1st Aug, join us for a Birthday Pizza Party before dancing the night away with live music from CTRL ALT DANCE from 9pm
Round off the weekend on Sunday 2nd Aug with a pair of creative events. Try your hand at Ink, Drink, Press from 12pm–2:30pm, followed by Crafternoon club from 3pm–5:30pm, with workshops and an art sale celebrating local makers!

DJ Juliet Cromwell
DJ Juliet Cromwell is a London-based DJ known for vibrant, crowd-focused sets blending house, electronic grooves and feel-good dance tracks that keep dance floors moving.
She is co-founder of Stowho House, a grassroots DJ and music community in Walthamstow. Her work has also been featured in Clash Magazine, reflecting her growing presence in London’s independent music scene.
