No Experience? No Worries.
This evening is all about exploration and play. The class is 100% beginner-friendly with templates, demos, and one-on-one guidance from your instructor. Whether you're a seasoned artist or haven't picked up a pencil in years, you'll find your flow in a welcoming, no-pressure space.

50 First dates
Sept

50 First dates

Tired of swiping? Hate small talk? Awkward on first dates? Perfect - this is the show for you.

"50 First Dates" is the latest misadventure from The Depressed Baker, the brilliantly unhinged East London comic behind the cult favourite "SOAP: Strangers On A Patio" - and he’s back with something even more ridiculous.

This isn’t your average comedy night. This is a live, totally unrehearsed, no-safety-net dating experiment where comedians go on actual first dates… with the audience. Yes, you might be one of them.

Expect wild crowd work, outrageous date stories (yours and theirs), and comedians trying to flirt and flounder their way through conversations - all while you watch, drink, and maybe fall in love with someone’s personality (shocking, we know).

No filters. No fake rom-com fluff. Just real, messy, hilarious human interaction.

Not into dating? No stress. Come for the chaos, the killer comics, and the voyeuristic pleasure of watching strangers flirt on stage. Whether you’re single, situationshipped, or just here to laugh at other people’s bad choices - you’re very welcome.

And unlike most comedy shows, we're not here to roast you for sitting in the front row. No heckling. No humiliation (unless you're into that - and even then, we’ll ask first). This night’s all about connection, comedy, and maybe even meeting someone whose brain you actually fancy.

Stick around after the show - the bar stays open, the vibes stay high, and who knows… maybe the second date happens by the bar.

For updates, behind-the-scenes chaos, and to see some of our upcoming and previous events, follow @the_depressed_baker on Instagram.

This is 50 First Dates. One room. 50 chances to connect. And zero chance of it being boring.
